How do I connect an AI assistant like Claude to my business?

Create an MCP key in Settings so your own AI assistant can read and manage your business, with only the access you give it.

Updated October 29, 2026

The app has no AI chat of its own. Instead, you can connect the assistant you already use, like Claude or Cursor, through MCP. It works in your business with the app's own tools and only the access you give it.

  1. Open Settings in the sidebar, then the MCP tab.
  2. Tap Connect an assistant.
  3. Pick your assistant: Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Cursor, VS Code or Other.
  4. Under What can it do?, choose Full access, Read only, or Custom to set each area separately: Schedule, Clients, Team, Business and Payments.
  5. Give the key a Name and choose when it Expires, then tap Create key.
  6. Copy the line or snippet shown and paste it where the app tells you. The key is in it and is shown only this once.
  7. Wait until the dialog shows Connected.

Then ask it things like "Which clients look under-recovered this week?" or "What's left to finish my Stripe setup?".

Keys and your team

Keys belong to the business, and everyone on the team sees them under Keys. A key acts with the permissions of the person who made it. To cut access, open the key's actions and tap Revoke. It stops working at once.

Tip: Start with Read only until you trust how the assistant works.
