How do I sell entry packs, subscriptions and made-to-order plans?

Besides sessions you can sell offers: entry packs, subscriptions, and training or diet plans made to order.

#Create an offer

1. Open Finances in the sidebar, then the Offers tab.
2. Tap New offer.
3. Under What are you selling?, pick one:
   • Entry pack: prepaid visits, used up one by one. Set Sessions in the pack.
   • Subscription: coaching the client pays for automatically. Choose how often it's Billed and the Visits included each period (0 for coaching without visits).
   • Training plan or Diet plan: made to order. After the payment, a draft plan appears on the client's page for you to build.
4. Enter the Name, an optional Description and the Price.
5. Under Visibility, keep Show on my trainer page and On sale on.
6. Tap Add offer.

Clients buy offers online on your page, so connect Stripe first.

#Sell a pack to one client

1. Open the client from Clients, then the Billing tab.
2. Tap Sell pack.
3. Set Sessions in the pack and the Price, and under Payment say whether it's paid now or not paid yet.
4. Tap Sell pack.

Each visit uses one session. Unpaid packs show under To collect until you record the payment.

Tip: Turning off On sale stops new sales. Clients who already bought keep what they bought.
