Your shop sells products, like an ebook, a guide or merch. They show on your page and next to your booking.
Add a product
- Open Shop in the sidebar and stay on the Products tab.
- Tap New product.
- Under What you sell, pick Digital product (a file the buyer downloads) or Physical product (something you ship).
- Enter the Name and Price, then tap Create and continue.
- In the editor, add Pictures and video. The first picture is the cover.
- For a digital product, add the File to download (PDF, EPUB, ZIP, audio or video).
- For a physical product, set Shipping and, if you count stock, In stock.
- Write the Description, and add Sections or an FAQ if they help.
- Under Visibility, turn on Show in the shop, then tap Save.
Until then the product is a draft only you see. A digital product stays hidden until its file is added.
Send orders
Open the Orders tab. Parcels still to send come first. Tap Mark as sent and add a Tracking number if you have one; the buyer sees it in their payments.
Clients can see your shop at any time, but can buy only once you take online payments.
Tip: Removing a product takes it off the shop for good. Buyers keep their download and their order.
